Tips to feel full but not fat
Once you finish your meal immediately you find that you are never feeling satisfied after a meal or just an hour then you feel like eating snacks. This happens due to improper ways of eating. So one should maintain strict principles of eating habits to feel full, and does not feel hungry very soon after having meals.
1. Most of the people have the habit of eating more when they dine in company, because they become distracted as to what exactly is going into their mouth, this makes them dissatisfied meal. So maintain sure mealtimes by focusing on food entirely and you’ll feel full sooner.
2: By taking salads or soup helps to fill your stomach and take the edge off your appetite so that you feel less likely to overeat. The best way to avoid getting over-hungry is to eat every 3-4 hours – three small meals with a couple of healthy snacks in between is perfect.
3. Intake of protein rich food snacks such as yogurt, a boiled egg, fiber rich snacks like oatcakes are the best choices to make you feel fuller longer.
4. Fruits like apples promote a feeling of fullness eating it before meals. It reduces the amount of food intake at the meal. Try to eat raw fruit and vegetables food since it takes a lot of chewing they fill you up much more per bite.
5. Drink water or vegetable juice before eating. Good sleep regulates appetite.
6. Good flavor and smell gives meal a good sniff as concentrating on the smell of your food as well as the taste also switches on satiety signals.
7. TV is the distracted factor while eating, so make sure that you switch off television while eating. If watching TV the mind gives I’m full’ signals to your stomach.
